How it works

Sign up or log in to Beaver Bitcoin.

Select Interac e-Transfer under the Buy Bitcoin tab. You will see instructions for sending an e-transfer to Beaver including our email and a unique code to copy and paste in the message field of your etransfer.

From your banking app, complete your etransfer for the amount of bitcoin you want to buy.

We are registered for auto deposit, so we don't need a security question or answer.

Once we receive your funds, we'll exchange them into bitcoin and deliver to your Bitcoin wallet.
From the Buy Bitcoin tab select Interac E-Transfer as your payment method.
Your Bitcoin Wallet
To purchase Bitcoin with Beaver, you'll need your own Bitcoin wallet and a corresponding Bitcoin wallet address.

Instant Buy Details
- To increase your daily buying limit to 20,000 CAD, complete your first bitcoin purchase for a lower amount. We recommend making a small purchase of $150 to start.
- The minimum amount for an instant buy is 150 CAD.
- The maximum amount for an instant buy is 20,000 CAD or 1,000 CAD for new users.
- A 1.5% fee is applied to all instant buys
- Once you've completed your etransfer, you will normally receive bitcoin within minutes. Timing may vary due to slow downs with Interac or the Bitcoin network.
- We pay the Bitcoin network fee for delivery.
Instant Buy Email Confirmation
When your instant buy is complete you'll receive an email with your transaction details, including the amount of bitcoin purchased and the bitcoin price.

Pricing and Fees
Not all platforms selling bitcoin in Canada engage in fair pricing or transparent fees.
